⚡ WOULD YOU LIKE TO RENT OR TEST before committing to a purchase? Not a problem – just let us know and we will prepare a customized quote for you. Test runs can help you get started with the subject matter, and any rental costs incurred can be applied towards a purchase.

Inductive heating not only enables precise energy input into the workpiece, but also allows for safe and low-noise operation (without a flame). When using carbon-neutral electric energy, the operation of induction generators is also completely carbon-neutral / climate-friendly.

💻 ONLINE-DEMO / CONSULTATION

We are happy to provide you with an initial overview and demonstrate the basic functions of an induction heating system (for example, via MS Teams).

Typical Applications / Application Groups

Induction soldering (soft / hard soldering)

Alternative to flame soldering or soldering with a conventional (conductive) soldering iron

  • inductive preheating of titanium blanks or other metallic materials prior to the forming process.
  • inductive preheating in welding processes

e.g., induction stove / induction cooktop, instantaneous water heater

e.g., inductive heating of tensile specimens

Direct heating of electrically conductive workpieces or indirect heating of any materials via convection, conduction, and/or radiation.

Removal of paints or other coatings, or e.g., heating of nails/screws in wood recycling processes.
